SEASIDE ACTIVITIES RULES AND REGULATIONS
LAW DECREE N. 141/2007

ARTICLE 2. BEACHES TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. On the Town beaches it is FORBIDDEN:

1.3 to occupy with beach umbrellas, deckchairs, chairs, water means of transport, etc... the stripe of beach starting from 5 meters from the shoreline, which has to be left free for the free passage exclusive use, it is also forbidden to rest, excluding rescue vehicles. the licensees shall limit the area assigned to them in front of the sea with specific signs.
the possible free stretch of beach between the above mentioned 5 meters of beach stripe and the beginning of the demanial areas given in franchise can be used and occupied by the bathers by using beach towels only.

1.7 on the town beaches it is forbidden to take or keep any animal, even though on a leash and/or wearing a muzzle, including those ones taken by photographers and movie makers. excluding rescue dogs on the leash and blind people driving dogs. in case of control the harbour officers or the police men are entitled to give a fine if the owner is breaching the above rules.

the management declines all responsibility. the owner is to be deemed solely responsible for the damages caused to things or persons and/or for possible fines in case of controls by the relevant authorities.

dogs are allowed at the following conditions:
- they shall have the vaccination certificate
- they shall always be on the leash, both inside the camping and in the car park
- the dog’s owner shall remove his dog’s dung
- the dog shall not disturb the neighbours, therefore it is a good rule to keep the dog on the leash on your own area, making sure that the leash length does not allow the dog to go beyond your limited area
- the dogs’ owners shall wash and clean their area every day, particularly those trees urine-marked by their dog
- in case of breach of the above mentioned rules, the management will be forced to take steps against the offenders, also inviting them to leave the camping immediately.

In the lido it is allowed (only in limited areas) to use personal beach mattresses and beach towels only.

it is forbidden to fix beach umbrellas, to ride bicycles and scooters.

it is forbidden to put any private equipment underneath the lido beach umbrella.

the lido opens from 08.00hrs to 19.00hrs.
